Shipping
We use Canada Post and US Mail for shipments within North
America.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs depend on the method and options
you choose. We will do our best to ship all items in one parcel at
one time. Some items may be backordered and will be shipped
separately.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many
items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be
found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full
pound.
Free Delivery
You may also choose to pick-up your item in our
store and save on shipping costs.
Returned Items
The purchaser is responsible for the shipping
costs associated with returning an item. Books and CDs may not be
returned. All other items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
